Shipping Terms & Conditions
Delivery can only be arranged for ground delivery. There is a parking space downstairs at the destination to hand over the cake to the customer. We will try our best to deliver within the time period requested by the customer, but Shan's Late is not responsible for any delays, suspensions or changes in schedule due to traffic, region, weather or other factors. The courier will contact the customer to confirm the delivery time before arriving. If the courier arrives at the destination more than 15 minutes later, the cake will be sent back to the studio. If you need to arrange delivery again, the customer needs to pay the shipping fee, or consider picking it up at the Kwun Tong studio. Due to the time required for delivery, if the cake is not eaten immediately after receiving it, it is recommended to be refrigerated at 4 degrees Celsius as soon as possible and eaten on the same day as much as possible. The cake will be best eaten on the same day.
